This Grasshopper script can be used to create simple massing models by drawing 2D areas and adjusting parameters to control building heights. It can also calculate GEA, GIA, NIA and No. of Homes based on efficiency parameters you set.
This allows for quick testing of different massing options with Rhino. You can instantly compare the affects of adjusting heights and footprints, and when you are ready you can then bake the geometry to Rhino at the touch of a button.
